“My brother has green fingers, I do the office side of our company. The nice thing about that is that I can deal with new things. Sustainability is part of a modern company. That does require some thinking. If we grow our peppers slightly differently, our organic waste can be a very interesting product for other entrepreneurs. In this way we contribute to sustainability and we also earn something from it. I hope that we can show concrete results in our growers' association in the short term. Then other gardeners will see with their own eyes that it also makes sense for their company to participate.”
